Team Manager System

The Team Manager will enable you to organize all your rosters, schedules, coaches and more through a point-and-click interface.
For example scheduling a home game can be done in as few as 7 clicks.
  • Rosters
    The Roster system has been streamlined to enable you to enter athlete data one time, then use that data throughout the athlete's career on your team. New athletes can be imported each year or added on the fly. If you want, you can expand your athlete information to full player profile pages including pictures, history in your program, bio, etc. If you want to showcase your seniors for potential college recruiting, this is the tool for you. Athlete images are renamed and saved permanently so 10 years from now you'll be able to look back and see Johnny's sophomore football picture.
  • Coaches/Staff
    The Team Manager includes a coaching staff directory with staff bio pages, photos and room for any info you want to include about your coaches and staff.
  • Schedules
    Scheduling is the most important function of any team management system. Our scheduling system provides an efficient way to enter all your games. They are displayed in a list format as well as in a calendar view. Each level (Varsity, JV, Frosh, etc) can have its own schedule so parents and fans can easily keep track of the games they want to attend. The calendar can be viewed via feed in Google Calendar or via iCal feed or export. After games are done you can enter a game recap and score via standard or mobile phone interface.
  • Alumni
    As athletes progress through your program they are automatically promoted to Alumni when they are done with their last season. If one of your alumni goes on to play for a college or the pros, you can include that info in their athlete profile page and feature that athlete in the alumni page.
  • Maps and Directions
    Getting your parents and fans to show up for away games can be tough. The Team Manager makes it easier by providing easy to use guideance. All you have to do is enter an address and the Team Manger will create a map page with point-to-point directions and a weather forecast so your fans will know how to dress and what the diriving conditions will be. Do you have tips on where to park or the best way to get to and from the facility? You can include that too.
